CYO Winter Boys & Girls Basketball Registration

REGISTRATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOR 2026 CYO BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Last Day To Register Is Sunday, December 14th

This is a non competitive league that teaches the fundamentals ofย basketball. Players do not have to try out. Teams will be made based onย the players age/grade. There will be a minimum of 10 players per team.ย Games are played in Quincy at one of the following school gyms:ย St. Dominic, St. James, St. Peters.

BOYS and GIRLS Kindergarten thru 8th Grade are eligible to play.

Games will be played on Sunday Afternoons starting January 11th throughย February. The number of weeks played (6-8 weeks) will be determined byย the number of participants.

Cost is $55 After Dec 7th $80 - T-shirt is included with this cost. You mayย pay by Cash or Check mailed to CYO Po Box 3060 Quincy, IL 62305, orย Online by Credit/Debit Card.

All requests must be complete at registration. Requests will not be accommodated once teams are complete. All requests are not guaranteed.
By submitting this form I understand that Partcipation in any extracurricular activity or sport is a privilege and not an exclusive right according to the Catholic Youth Organization.
I also acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated and accompanied with sports and activities, and that my child may be injured as a result of an accident arising out of participation in athletics or activities.
Insurance Waiver
I also understand that my child must be covered by medical and/or accident insurance in order to participate in sports and hereby certify that my child is covered for injuries and/or death occurring as a result of participation in, or the practice for, all athletic events as in the Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools (St. Peter, St. Francis Solanus, St. Dominic, and Blessed Sacrament) CYO sports leagues during the current school year. I also certify that said insurance will be kept in force during the full time that my child engages in the practice for or participation in athletic events during the current school year.
